Originally written for the Westminster Cathedral Choir, Stepen Hough's Missa Mirabilis (or Miracle Mass) came into being after he survived a car crash. Originially penned for SATB chorus and organ, this new version is for SATB and orchestra, and was given its premiere by the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and Symphonic Chorus under Nicholas McGegan in April 2012.
