Written in the jazz genre, this quartet gives each member of the group a chance to do his thing. It features a mix of tutti, solo and duet passages, and moving lines in the 2nd Trombone part keep the quartet swinging from beginning to end. As is true of most Niehaus tunes in this style, the straight-ahead swing figures should be part of every player's jazz vocabulary.
