Returns & Exchanges

•     Overseas imported goods, we do not provide unconditional returns and exchanges, we will help you to confirm the content of the goods and the status of the goods, please make more use of the right bottom of the page of the online customer service, or the company online account: @hsiaoyamusic, we will help you to confirm that the goods are what you want.
•     In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day period of appreciation (including holidays) on the arrival of merchandise.
•     The 7-day viewing period is an "observation period" to see if there are any defects or typographical errors in the product, not a "trial period".
•     The 7-day viewing period does not apply to the following conditions: stains, wear and tear, odor, incomplete accessories, and returns will not be accepted if the product is not defective.
•     Returns, we will first take back and carry out product inspection, after confirming that there is no error, will be processed for replacement, the new product will be re-sent.
•     Please make sure to keep the integrity of the product, invoice, packaging, gifts, etc., when returning or exchanging the product (defective products are excluded from this limit).
•     If you wish to return an item, please send it back in its original packaging, including the undamaged outer box, the product, the wrapping paper, the hangtag, or the gift.
•     Since each bank's refund process is different, please check your current or next credit card statement for refund progress.  If there are too many returns due to personal reasons, we will suspend shipment as appropriate!
