Can I return the goods?
We only offer returns if the goods are faulty. We will bear the cost of the return shipping and will send a courier to collect the goods.
Due to the complicated import procedures and customs clearance for sheet music, the cost is not easy to estimate. We are sorry that we cannot provide a refund for sheet music at this time. Before placing an order, you can contact us to confirm that the product is what you need.
In addition, after placing an order but before it is shipped, you can also cancel the order and we will refund you immediately.
Where is delivery available?
Taiwan;
International delivery is available via SF Express to the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia, United States, Canada, and Mexico.
How are shipping costs calculated?
The shipping fee is calculated according to the weight of the purchased goods. For the SF Express shipping fee brackets, please refer to SF Express Pricing.
In addition to the weight of the goods themselves, a 500g packaging material allowance must also be added. In addition, SF Express charges a fuel surcharge based on international oil prices and a peak resource adjustment fee based on the tightness of international air transport capacity.
Total cost = shipping fee * 1.2 (fuel surcharge + resource adjustment fee).
As SF Express fees are subject to change at any time, Xiaoya Music reserves the right to estimate the total cost.
Pre-Order
How do I know if an item is in stock?
For out-of-stock items, a green diagonal bar with the words "PRE-ORDER" will be displayed in the upper right corner of the product image. If you need the item urgently, you can use chat, messenger, or Xiaoya Line (ID: @akj8196g) to check the stock status in a timely manner.
Why does it take 14-21 days to pre-order overseas?
The shipping speed of overseas publishers varies. We will ask the publisher to ship as soon as possible.
How do I know the shipping progress of my order?
Please contact us via chat, messenger, or Xiaoya Line. We will reply with the tracking number, which you can use to check the delivery status on the homepage - Tracking overseas orders.

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, JCB (3D secure enabled) or UnionPay credit card. You can also pay by cash on delivery in Taiwan (not available in other regions).
